  1. I will collect in full all balances from my party, and am also aware that no keys will be given out until I have paid the total balance due in cash at the hotel reception desk.
  2. I confirm that each member of my party are required to pay a £20.00 per head returnable bond which will be returned on the morning of departure, providing there has been no damage to any of the rooms and no distress caused to any of the other hotel guest’s.
  3. I fully accept that I as the organizer will be liable for the full balance on any cancellation made at short notice. A period of four weeks prior notice is required before the arrival date. No deposits are refundable; Bookingscan only be confirmed by receipt of a deposit.
  4. On the day of departure I as the organizer will make sure all my party have vacated all rooms by 11A.M.
  5. If deposits have been paid over the phone by Maestro or credit Card. The card holder must be present at the time of check in at The hotel reception desk in order to sign receipt of the card/telephone transaction.
