Hello dear friends, you will be pleased to know the Wellington has just undergone a full refurbishment of its rooms. So you can be safely assured that you won't be sleeping on a 20 year old mattress. All plumbing and electrics have recently been replaced so there will be no ghostly noises waking you in the night.
You will not have shady furniture (furniture you actually thought about nicking in your last place because you thought it was antique) and you will not have to worry about security.
You will have all the modern comforts with newly fitted en-suites, suitably decked out to make you all feel smart and pretty before and after you have hit town.
